Casa Turrita has two bedrooms and one apartment which are located on the second floor. Since there is a separate entrance, you can be as independent as you would like. Also, the entire floor could be used as a three bedroom apartment. There are lovely views from the bedrooms and the apartment. The views to the south look over the valley toward Spoleto and beyond to the Appenines. To the north and east, over the vine and olive tree covered hills, are Montefalco and Trevi and to the west lies Giano dell'Umbria, tucked into the Monte Martana hills.

Room 1 has a queen bed and is spacious enough to accommodate an additional twin bed. There is a private bath. There is also a small refrigerator and a small table with two chairs.

Room 2 has a queen bed and a cozy reading corner. There is a private bathroom.

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom and a kitchen/sitting room. The kitchen is completely furnished with a double sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, a microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There are two comfortable reclining armchairs. There is also a clothes washer.

All rooms are have color televisons with BBC and CNN and the Italian channels, hairdryers, ceiling fans, screens and free WIFI. There is a no smoking policy for the entire house. Casa Turrita does not accept credit cards.
